As an Instructional Designer, Matthew works with peers and content experts to develop engaging and meaningful learning experiences. One might say he uses his PhD in Composition to create a symphony of eLearning for our clients, leveraging educational technologies to help learners reach those "Aha!" moments in new and exciting ways.

In his spare time, Matthew freelances as a composer and can often be found enjoying the beautiful walking trail he lives near, where he can see ducks, cranes, and -- from a very respectful distance -- Canadian geese.
