Ken founded BaseCorp with expertise in project management, eLearning and instructional design. While completing his Master of Education he focused on adult learning and instructional technology.

Ken has extensive experience and expertise in competency-based learning management system (LMS) implementation and sustainment, but sometimes he likes to leave all that behind and take to the skies – piloting aircraft is Ken’s favourite hobby!
