Jen Hicks

Jen brings over 30 years of experience in the child care field, across 3 provinces, to her position with us. This includes roles in Research, Consulting and Directing, and both Accreditation and Licensing, as well as front line and in-home support roles working with children and families. Jen graduated from Algonquin College (ECE) and Mount Royal University, with a focus on management and leadership.

When not playing music or watching a movie, you can likely find Jen on long road trips with her husband, where this amateur photographer loves to take wildlife and landscape photos!
